BCHFS receives $4.9 million grant for job training
Berea Children’s Home and Family Services is one of four Ohio organizations to receive a total of $19 million in federal funding for job training as part of the federal stimulus act. The agency received $4.9 million dollars to expand the Northeast Ohio Nurse Assistant Training Program, a program run in partnership with the American Red Cross of Greater Cleveland. The program trains individuals in low-income situations for health care jobs in the region.
